Clients must book at least this long before the start.
Last chance to cancel
Clients can cancel online up to this long before. After that, they must message you — unless they paid a deposit: then they can still cancel online, but they lose it. New reminder texts go out a few hours before this.
Gap between times
Clients can pick a time every 30 minutes, like 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM.
Break after each appointment
Time to clean up and get ready before the next client.
No extra time is added between appointments.
