How it works

Auto-saved

Every £1 they spend on appointments, after any discounts, earns 10 points. 200 points is £1 off — so they get 5p back for every £1.

Beauty Points is on

Your clients earn points on what they spend, once an appointment is done.

Once it's on, it can't be turned off here. To turn it off, contact Tavix support.

Birthday gift

We add birthday gifts to your Offers list for you to check and send. Each one ends 7 days after the birthday.

On a £40 appointment they save £2.

The rules

Tavix sets these, so every salon works the same way.

Up to half

Points can pay for up to half of an appointment, or all of it if they have enough to cover the whole thing.

12 months

Points normally run out after 12 months with no points earned or spent. Points held for a booking can take a little longer. Clients who agreed to marketing messages are reminded first.
